How to Book Your Room on Desktop (Recommended) or Mobile Device

Step 1: Select Your Room Quantity and View Rates

Click the Website button under the resort graphic at the top of this page. On the booking page, use the selector on the right to choose the number of rooms and guests, then tap or click View Rates to proceed. If you are accessing the page on a mobile device, you will have to select Reserve Now at the bottom of the page before accessing the selector screen.

Step 2: Choose Either "Group Flexible Rate" or "Best Flexible Rate"

If you plan to pay your reservation over time, choose either the "Group Flexible Rate" or "Best Flexible Rate." The flexible rate may decrease while you pay, but it will never increase above the rate locked in at booking.

Step 3: Ensure Complimentary Room Benefits are Selected

Please ensure both "Airport Transfers" and the "$500 Resort Credit" options are selected on your reservation, then press Continue.

Step 4: Fill Out Guest Details

Complete full details for every guest staying in the room, including children and teens under 17, using their legal names and contact information where prompted. After all guests are added, review the information and click Go to Pay to proceed.

Step 5: Reservation Creation and Waiting Screen

After submitting your guest details, please wait while your reservation is created and the waiting-screen box finishes loading; once it’s complete, click Continue to proceed.

Step 6: Booking Payment and Double Checking Details

Select "Pay reservation in full 31 days prior to arrival" if you want to pay in installments, and check the terms and conditions box beneath the name fields. Then double-check your reservation details (number of guests, length of stay, and complimentary room benefits) and press Continue when everything is correct.

Step 7: Enter Cardholder Information and Confirm Reservation

At this final screen, enter the cardholder’s information to hold the reservation. If you selected the pay-over-time option on the previous screen, confirm the total amount displays $0.00 before continuing. If the total is not $0.00, DO NOT complete payment—press the "X" in the corner to close the window and repeat Step 6.

IMPORTANT: To receive a payment link from the resort to pay down your balance, please email ccweddingspr@thepalacecompany.com using the Email button under the graphic at the top of this page or call 877‑725‑4933. Include your reservation confirmation number, full guest names, arrival date, and room details for the fastest response.

All guests booking 4+ nights receive a $500 USD resort credit per room to use at the spa, for tours, or excursions.

If you made your reservation with a credit card, you must present that card as the cardholder at check-in; if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be required at check-in.

What if I don’t plan to stay at the resort and only want to attend on the day of the ceremony?

While we would love to have everyone stay on site, we understand that some guests may want to stay outside of the resort and be at the wedding only.

Day passes for non‑Palace guests are $200 per person, per day (e.g., $400 for a couple, $800 for a family of four). Day passes are guaranteed for purchase only on the ceremony date and grant access from one hour before the wedding until the last hour of official wedding events.

The resort limits day passes to a maximum of 20% of the total guests booked in our room block; if that allotment sells out, day passes will no longer be available, and any additional off‑site guests WILL NOT be able to attend.
